EM React Limited is a new and exciting company. We specialize in block & estate management facilities and we offer a range of specialist services tailored to each client. We provide urgent, reactive, pre-planned, and contracted works in the North, Northwest & Midlands, with our head office is based in Manchester. We have 12 reactive vehicles, each equipped with the most up-to-date equipment required daily, and also with CCTV, work & safety lighting, and health & safety equipment to ensure our clients and staff are safe and protected at all times. Besides, we also have 3 specialized waste removal response vehicles, and our command units are fitted with advanced equipment such as night owl, live CCTV, search and work lights, large external TV screens, external awnings, live computers, large internal plasma, 9ka generator, along with staff facilities allowing us to deal with all cases and sizes of emergencies. Our team is all fully uniformed, DBS checked and carry ID cards. We are equipped with body cameras and radio systems and crucially all our team has personal safety equipment and first aid kits. Our team is trained in their trades as well as first aid, fire marshaling, and health & safety. We supply before and after photos of all work undertaken. We are fully insured to complete the work.
